Developer fined £150K for unauthorised work

Mullberry Homes had been served with a Temporary Stop Notice relating to works being carried out in September 2021.

When it did not comply the Council prosecuted. The developer pleaded guilty and was fined £150K and ordered to pay costs of £8470
